Free template and mindset shift to thrive.
Hey friend,
This week I’ve been rethinking how we approach our time — especially when it comes to productivity. It’s easy to equate a full day with a meaningful one, but lately, I’ve found more clarity in doing less, with more intention.
If you’ve ever caught yourself feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list or avoiding tasks because the system itself feels heavy... you’re not alone. Sometimes the tool just needs to get out of the way.
Let’s dive into something simpler, clearer, and a bit more calming — starting with today’s tip.
Notion Tip of the Week
Create a “Today” dashboard using filtered linked views.
Instead of juggling tabs or clicking through multiple databases, set up a minimalist Today View in Notion.
Use filtered linked views to show:
Tasks due today
Recurring habits
Notes or journal entries
Your top 3 priorities
It's a great way to stay focused without getting distracted by everything else in your system.
Mindset Shift
Your system should feel like a calm command center, not a second job.
It’s tempting to build big, complex dashboards that track everything. But ask yourself:
“Does this help me take action, or just feel organized?”
A good productivity system makes your next step obvious, not overwhelming. Start by simplifying. You can always add layers later — but clarity comes first.
Free Template of the Week: Task Manager

Task Manager
A clean, simple task manager built to help you get things done—not get lost in the system.
If your current setup feels bloated, or you’re craving a reset, this one's for you.
3 Things I’m Loving
The Comfort Crisis by Michael Easter
A powerful reminder that we grow the most when we intentionally do things that make us uncomfortable. If you're craving a mental reset or feeling stuck, this book will challenge your comfort zone—in a good way.
Tool I’m Loving: Notion Web Clipper
This handy browser extension allows you to quickly save web pages or articles into your Notion workspace. It's a perfect way to capture ideas, research, or inspiration on the go, and organize it later into your Notion system.
Quote that’s making me pause:
“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.”
Here’s to intentionally designed days, mindful systems, and routines that support who you're becoming — not just what you're doing.
Talk soon,
Evie
